What is your turn-around time?

That would depend on the project, of course, but I usually try to complete routine data entry, transcription services, Internet research, etc within 2 business days.  However, if you have a rush or emergency project just let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

Absolutely!  Remember, I will always let you know if I am unable to meet your deadline BEFORE accepting your project. 

What are your hours?

I am available for regular tasks 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST Monday to Friday;  10:00 AM - 3:30 PM Saturday. Please call to discuss your needs.

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the individual needs of each client.  There are also package rates available.  Please contact me directly for rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Checks

Are there any agreements to sign?

Yes.  Once terms are agreed upon, I ask all my clients to sign a contract based on those terms.  I will also sign any Non-Disclosure Agreements you need me to sign.

My work is of a confidential nature. Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Absolutely!  Your privacy and confidentially is a top priority.

How can you assure me that my information is secured?

I pride myself on my high standard of virtue and ethics.  I will always sign a non-disclosure agreement for any client and I work continuously to ensure that my computers has the highest level of security and backup features available. 

Can we have a work sample or trial period to see if this is the right solution for my business?

I can provide you with references that can testify to my work ethic and ability.  I also want my clients to alway be comfortable with me as part of their trusted team, as such, I offer pay-as-you-go terms of services to clients that are not ready to enter into a long term retainer contract. You have the option to start off stay with a pay-go contract or switch to a retainer contract at anytime you choose.  

Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely.  All clients with retainer contract agreements will receive a substantial discount.
